Don was there within an hour, identified and corrected a problem outside, that two other companies couldn't. He then fixed an indoor issue, all in under two hours. His price was very reasonable. Very happy with his work.

Water started coming up the drain on the floor in our basement at 10:30 pm on a Saturday night... in the middle of a pandemic. Our usual sewer company couldn't have anyone out until Monday, and that just wasn't okay with a foot of dirty water already there and storms expected on Sunday. So we did some googling and called Alert Sewer at 10:30 at night on a Saturday... and Don answered!nnHe came out Sunday morning at 9 am sharp, and had the issue fixed within 30 minutes! Saving all the contents of our basement and the stress of us having to figure out how to deal with this during a pandemic! Speedy service, excellent work, and a great man (and not to mention, a WAY better price than our previous company.)nnWe will be using Alert Sewer from now on, thank you SO, SO much Don!!

Had water in the basement of a rental and I asked Don to please call when he was on the way, as I had to go to Home Depot to get some supplies to clean basement. He never called, just showed up, being rude to tenants dealing with a stressful situation. It turns out the sump pump came unplugged and all it needed was to be plugged back in. I understand being charged a minimum charge of $60 to just plug a plug in... But Don couldn't answer any questions while he was there about the sump pump. To charge me $60 to plug in a plug and not even be able GET OUT OF HIS TRUCK TO ANSWER MY QUESTION ABOUT HIS WORK WAS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A TOTAL RIP OFF. HE BACKED OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY AND LEFT while HE KNEW I was ATTEMPTING to ask him a question about his work he provided.nTHE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS TRANSACTION I'VE EVER DEALT WITH and that's including a shady transaction in Chinatown and my experience at a lemonade stand ran by wild, neighborhood children.nDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED AND FEEL USED, AND ANGRY AFTERWARD.
