Arby's

Last two times I have been to this Arby's for dinner we have waited in line for more than 30 minutes. They either can't keep the building staffed or just don't care that they are in the realm of fast food and they just think they're in the realm of food whenever they finally get around to making yours. Both of the last visits the curly fries have been ice cold no doubt because my order has been sitting on the counter for a very long time before it finally makes it to me because their staff is moving so slow.

Worse beef and cheddar ever today. I think they forgot the cheddar sauce there was one little dab in the middle. Maybe that's why they are on special for two for six!

We ordered two sandwiches and six cookies. When we got home the cookies were not in the bag. My wife called them, they gave us the cookies two days later. Caring service! Thank you

Usually love Arby's but I was very let down this time. The person at the drive thru seemed far less than amused to be there. Got to the window and he has his hat on backwards and was extremely dull. He clearly did not want to be there. Then I got my food. Years ago I was a manager at an Arby's and there is no way this food would have made it out to a customer. Old half soggy mozzarella sticks. The beef and cheddar was skimpy on meat and the bun was dry as hell. My chicken sandwich had a chicken tender on it. If I wanted chicken tenders I would have ordered them. You have a very disappointed customer...

They were busy and they forgot my mozzarella sticks so I had to come back later because I was busy and they gave me the mozzarella sticks nice and hot and gave me a free shake so im totally not upset anymore :)
