I tried out Roger's Carpet a few years ago after getting the carpets at work cleaned by another company who left soap on the floor. I've since used them multiple times for work and I've referred them to some friends who have used them as well and were equally as happy with their work. They do a fantastic job and I highly recommend using them!
I called Rogers because they were the closest to me, I kinda wish I wouldn't of now. The guys where super nice when they first got here, they moved my couches for me no problem.nTook em about 15 minutes IF THAT. I come out pay him, and look over the carpet. I still had dark spots on my carpet.. like they didn't do anything. So I say something and he goes 'ohh, did you want us to scrub those'nummm, did I not pay for a carpet cleaning?? So they bring back in equipment, you could tell they weren't the happiest with me.nThey scrubbed the ONE darker spot on the carpet they thought was the only one that needed it, infront of my kitchen. What about the ones infront of both my couches or my door way. They didn't touch them. I'm standing there in my kitchen in disbelief..nAt this point I would just recommend you to pay the extra and go to Stanley or someone else. We had to pull out our small little carpet cleaner and scrub them ourselves. So disappointed.nn**Rogers company has reached out and made our problem correct, that was super sweet and VERY unexpected. Thank you very very much.**
