We really like their method of cleaning the carpet. It dried very fast and the spots didn't come back. Both times it was a very polite young man. He showed up on time and did a great job!
I had a very bad traffic area through the bedroom, and someone had even gotten sick and it stained. I called at 10:15 this morning, they got here at 10:30. The tech was prompt, friendly, got right to it, was done and packet up shortly after 11 am. The Carpet looks fantastic!! Stain is gone! Within 45 min the carpet is dry!! All for a great price. I will definitely call them again! ud83dude01
Just had my carpets cleaned today. You and your staff are so friendly and professional, prices are very competitive, you know exactly what the price is before you start, and the results are fantastic! I also love that the products are all children and pet safe. I had a terrible experience with a steam cleaning company, our carpets were so wet they buckled, but your method is quick and effective and the carpets immediately come back to life with very little drying time. Jen and her crew came into my mom's apartment and was able to get out stains that I never thought they could. They were highly professional and did an outstanding job. I will definitely use them again for any future cleanings.
