Mister Car Wash

Scratches down both sides of our truck-nnMy husband has gone through Mister Car Wash on many occasions, but Wednesday, March 3rd, 2021 was the worst. We loved the previous owners but continued to go even when Mister Car Wash took over. We even signed up for the monthly subscription so we could take our truck through as often as we wanted. We noticed in the very first month that the truck was coming out with dirty rocker panels, and while the previous owners would scrub these areas by hand that were hard for the electronic arms to reach, Mister Car Wash will not do anything by hand. We ended up canceling the subscription because we had to still do some of the cleaning ourselves after we went through the wash. Fast forward to this past Wednesday. My husband decided to pay for a wash and as he went through, he heard a horrible scratching noise. It sounded like plastic scraping down both sides of the truck. He came out and sure enough, there were fresh scratches running along both sides of the truck. He drove back around to the gentleman who takes the orders, asked him to take photos right away and filed a complaint. We had an appointment today for a manager to look at the truck and the manager denied the claim that his equipment did the damage. We are taking this higher up the chain because they need to fix our truck, but they also need to fix the problem before someone else's vehicle gets damaged.

I have had a membership to this place since it opened. I personally do not care for the drying process.. It does NOT dry your car... Summer comes and I'll wash/dry it myself better than paying this place to throw water at my car and whip it, but not dry it.. Lol give those lazy overpaid employees need to be at the end helping the drying process when it comes out.. Just a suggestion. A good one.

The workers here are very professional. They are very accommodating. It's a first-rate place.

They offer unlimited washes for a decent price however if your not open when I need a wash or your so busy it takes an extremely long time then its not really worth it in my opinion. You do get a wash for the money
