Me and my friend went here and we walked in and the guy that greeted us was not wearing his mask. about 3 months later I called to see if maybe it would be better. I called to make an appointment and I proceeded to tell the guy that if I walk into the nail salon and they did not have mask on I would not feel comfortable going in. The guy was laughing over the phone about it saying that he didn't have it on because no one was in there. Very unprofessional place. Never going back!
I have been coming here for years and never had a problem and it wasn’t until after/during the pandemic they opened back up and somehow some way they just don’t care. Sure their nice, professional, and on top of it but they don’t seem to care how your nails look. Every time I have gone in there I’ve come out with spots not painted, acrylic is uneven, paint is uneven also. Frankly I’m very disappointed. I got my nails done Saturday and one broke because it was too thin. Another nail broke today just from me washing my hair. I’m not coming here again after trying to think about the brighter side of this place but have been let down every time since.
Nice staff. They have a clean building and an inviting atmosphere.
Better work when nick stays off his cell phone when he does nalis.
Friendly people. It seems that a lot of people are happy with the service here, too.
