I haven't even gone in, all I did was make an appointment and the receptionist was quite curt and short with me even though all I did was ask to make an appointment and I was polite. The person was hung up on me without saying goodbye or even sounding remotely nice or upbeat. I work in customer service myself and it goes a long way to sound nice even if you're upset about something.
Jessica is fantastic
My daughter and I went here for the first time and are so happy with our services! My daughter has been wanting some color in her hair for quite sometime and she delivered the perfect hair for her! She is sooo in love with her new hair and is so excited to show everyone. We will definitely be back!
