Working with Beacon Sotheby's has been an amazing agency in my search for lakeshore properties that best work for me. One of your Agents, who was handling a buyer for our home was absolutely terrible. Had no clue on how to close a deal, did not communicate back to our Agent and as a result we lost the sale if our home. This was a terrible experience for us
