Clean machines are up to date on breakdowns and out of service tags. Plenty of room and machines available. Far better than fennville's mask police with dryers that either burn or don't work at all
I used Zoom for my vacation rental properties this past summer. Loved the manager and staff. She was very professional and accommodating (5 star rating). My one star review is because of the stains that were on brand new white sheets from the hard water! An installation of a commercial water softener unit would remedy this. The manager spoke to the owner on more than one occasion to no avail. Unfortunately, because of owner's lack of response, I no longer do business with Zoom Express.
The Laundromat is very clean. The people working were very helpful when I asked questions. I will go there again.
I take my laundry here from Saugatuck Cottage Suites. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. Deborah has been here a long time and knows everyone. Super friendly, clean... a pleasant experience every time.
So clean & everything worked great!
