Jenny is awesome! My hair looks and feels fantastic. Great haircut and great conversation.
My husband loved his massage mine however was very underwhelming. And what is the point of having a couples massage if you are basically in separate rooms far apart with a door in-between open. I thought it was quite alarming that there were no forms to fill out prior to the massage for them to learn about any of our health issues or concerns. My husband's massage was very enjoyable strong firm and relaxing I wish I would've had her instead but glad he enjoyed his first massage atleast. If it was based on my experience alone they would get one star.
This rental is amazing! My husband and I stayed here for a mini-vacation getaway to visit Saugatuck/Douglas and Oval Beach. We LOVED that this location is directly in downtown with walking distance to all of the restaurants, shops, and cafes. It also comes with your own reserved parking spot for your suite which is perfect for the downtown area in which parking fills up fast on the weekend. It’s a 5-7 drive around the lake to get to Oval Beach from our suite. On top of all of that, the room is adorable. So chic, modern, stylish and... clean! We will absolutely be coming back.
I traveled from out of town for a few days and decided to go here based on other Google reviews. The staff were very nice and professional and the business was very clean. I got a facial and gel manicure from Hilary, who was great! She was very precise with my manicure rather than rushing through which I appreciated.
The room is beautiful and i loved that it's right downtown. We didn't have to come in contact with anyone from the suites, it was all set up. My only complaint is that we couldn't control our air in the room. The room was not cold at all.
