Joel did an evaluation on my home before I bought it (I did not hire him the sellers did). Over a year after the evaluation I called with some questions. The woman who answered the phone spent a good amount of time helping me, and later Joel called back and also took his time explaining things, and offered some valuable suggestions. Although I didn't hire them myself, I am incredibly grateful for their thorough work. These folks went out of their way to help me.

Hamilton Evaluations is the GO TO Well and Septic provider for our area. They are prompt with scheduling, easy to talk to regarding what is involved in the operation of a Well and Septic and very knowledgeable. Hamilton Evaluations has years of experience working at an actual Health Department. This allows them to understand the needs of what each Health Department requires, if that County requires the inspection prior to a Real Estate sale.
