This taco bell is one of the best ones in West Michigan. Every employee has a smile on their face (you can even see them through their masks). They rarely make mistakes but when they do, they go above and beyond to make it right. This place is a great example for how the other Taco Bells should be.

This was the best t bell experience I've ever had. Hands down. Was greeted and spoken to like they were happy to see me. The food was perfectly prepared with ingredients distributed evenly throughout (ie no huge bites of lettuce and sour cream, etc.) Which is very rare in fast food these days. I recommend this store specifically. Great staff, I didn't catch the lady's name at the window but she made my night better just by being kind, so ill be back.

The people that were working honestly made my entire day!! I don't remember all of their names but I think the cashier was Noe. He was amazing! I was having a rough day and they all made it so much better. They were so nice! I love Taco Bell but the guy that cashed me out made it 10× better.nnIf you're reading this Noe, I'm the one with heart shaped glasses and I think you're awesome.

I ordered a bean burrito no onions and a nacho bell grande no tomato... There were onions and tomatoes. The nacho bell grande hardly had any meat, beans, and cheese sauce on it.nI read some of the other reviews and decided that management wouldn't do anything about it anyway, so why bother call. MANAGEMENT only answers good reviews. Honestly, they don't even deserve the one star.

Has gotten a lot quicker, and more accurate after the kfc removal remodeling happened, though I do miss being able to get my kfc bowl.
