I recently ordered and had installed a new garage door at my forever home. When placing the order my wife made sure to have me mention that we did not want the decorative black trim and door handles. I told the rep this when ordering it in person. I had to be at work when the door was installed so when I got home to see my new door I found that they included the hardware. When I called to explain the situation they told me there was an email sent with a picture on it. However the picture was on the second page of the digital invoice and I did not see it. The trim can not be removed. I now get to look at their mistake every time I go home and they had no solution or even care about the issue. I will not be using their services again.
No employees wearing masks and the person who was going to check me out refused to wear one. Wish I could give them a zero star. Will advise everyone I can to avoid this place. And the sign on the door about masks is very lame.
Employees are NOT compliant with proper (or any) mask wearing, even though it’s the law. Lame sign on door, second line says people don’t have to who “have a medical condition”. I walked in & saw employees at the counter with no masks & no plexiglass. Turned around & left. They have lost my business for good.
No Masks, no masks, no masks....... I watched 3 employees chat it up with a 90 yr old customer, all within 2 feet. Not smart guys. I spend several thousand dollars a year in this store. It's time for me to shop elsewhere....
I have visited this store 3 times and the service is horrible. Today was the last time for me. My business, which is quite substantial since we just bought our house, will go to the hardware in Lincoln. I stood around for at least 15 minutes watching people coming in after me getting waited on while I finally gave up and drove to Lincoln where we are always welcomed as soon as we walk in the door, walked to what you are looking for and explaining the differences in the products. You folks need to take some customer service lessons for a hardware store who appreciates their customers.
