He gave his unwavering attention to our house sale and was even available off hours when we had questions or concerns. Dave Foster was our Real Estate agent when we bought our lake house. This was our first vacation home and Dave, along with the great Fontaine team, guided us through the process. Top notch service. Quick story about Dave. The lake house has a septic system. We had it inspected, but the results were inconclusive because the water was turned off due to it being the winter. Dave got permission from the sellers to enter the home. He drove up and poured water down the toilets and the drains and we got comfortable the septic was ok. Again, very good customer service and very knowledgeable about the industry. I would choose Dave again when I buy another property. And you should too!
