It would be fine here if not for the degenerate tenants who insist upon being the sort to draw attention through their criminal behavior instead of by being an upstanding member of society. There were multiple police units, 4 cruisers to be exact, onsite before 9:00pm on a Thursday to handle/contain whatever this particular incident was about. I don't even want to think about how bad things would be on a Friday, Saturday or long weekend. Not a single person who was outside waiting to see which one of them was going to be arrested was wearing a face mask nor were any of the police officers. Wear a mask. Please.

The landlords are great, and very understanding. The apartments are well kept, and its affordable. Its also close to center street where you can find a whole mess of fast food within walking distance. Its also less then a mile from td bank call center.

I can’t even begin to tell you how great Steve and Amy were for the 6 years we rented from them. During the winter, the snow was always plowed immediately. Anytime something in the home went wrong, the problem was fixed within 48 hours (usually within a few hours). Hallways were regularly cleaned and painted. It was quiet, rarely (if ever) had a noise complaint. Overall, everything was great, well maintained, and if we had a single little recommendation or issue it was always handled in a timely manner. These guys go above and beyond in all that they do.nnThey’re not money hungry, they’re not just in it to make a buck. They genuinely care about their renters and it shows. If you’re looking for landlords you can trust, these are the ones you’re looking for. To date, they’re the only landlords in LA that I’ll reccomend.nnSeriously, consider calling Morse Rentals. You’ll be glad you did.

Really easy and enjoyable to do business with. Was very helpful when I needed to relocate to a different apartment. You are a person to them and not just a number. 10/10 would recommend to others :)

I have rented for 7 years various buildings. It's always quiet. Attentive landlord who are very responsive to any request. I have referred several clients, friends and family to include my elderly mom. This was her first apartment ever at age 74 and she loves it. She is safe, comfortable and they never make her feel bad about her incessant questions about anything . Snow removal is very organized and timely. This is a great place for working professional who needs peace when they come home from long work day (myself). My daughter has always been safe being to be outside or home. Clean buildings and parking area. The person who commented about water is wrong. I work for a company who specializes in water safety. I would know if there was any water issues. I think all the properties that me and friends live in have something different to offer. It comes down to location and needs. I love that my place has a lot of closet to keep organized. My only complaint is that I wished they owned properties in southern Maine. I like knowing that I have a rental mgmt that cares hence my loyalty.
