Dodie Gagne went above and beyond to help us sell our home, and also buy our perfect home, which was above our wish list! She walked us through the entire process, while paying attention to every little detail. It was absolutely wonderful having Dodie as our realtor! She was beyond amazing, flexible and very friendly. I recently purchased my first home..I worked with the astounding Dodie Gagne!!! I was WOWed by her dedication, flexibility, and personable mannerisms!! She was always prompt in getting information relayed back to me, as well as flexible in fitting us into her schedule! Ashley and the rest of the Legacy team were amazing every step of the way. She sold a multi-unit apartment building for me and the circumstances made the sale more complex than most. She did a great job managing the process from start to finish, taking all of the stress off of my shoulders and dealing with the mess of logistics herself, leading up to a successful closing (above asking price!!). Can’t say enough about her communication skills- she is on top of everything and ALWAYS relays information the moment she receives it. I will continue to use Ashley for both the purchase and sale of future properties and anybody reading this should too- it’ll be a great decision!
