Auburn Police Department

We were in Auburn, ME and we ran into a problem with a local repair shop. There was no other option but to call the police, it took four phone calls so they can send somebody out. The police officer who came on site pretty much told us you are not from around here so I don't care what is your problem.

Good department, just wish they'd spend more time on speed enforcement within city limits. Speeding is getting out of control in many neighborhoods.

Impossible to speak with anyone regarding parking violations. It goes directly to voicemail, no one returns your call, then they send you immediately to collections. Zero stars

If there was a option for no stars that's what i would give. I had a hit and run and had to go to the police department to make a statement have called the officer back about 25 times and left messages for no one to call me back. Been waiting months now to figure out what is going on and insurance info so i can fix my car.

Poor servicen..no non emergency calls after 4...phone service junk...no response about anything thats not a felony...
