For many years I have called Collins carpet cleaning to take care of my rental units and I have found them to be very reliable and always professional. several months back they had cleaned a carpet for me that I thought may not to be savable. Fred at Collin's is the best. We had an emergency water leak into our basement on a Friday night, and he was at our house in 40 minutes, took care of the water, checked in over the weekend, and because he was there so quick and did such a good job, we had no sheet rock damage, and only needed a thorough steam clean. Our carpets look and smell amazing, with no lasting mildew at all.

Fred and Brandon did an awesome job cleaning my apartment carpet! When I was making the appointment initially, the receptionist was very polite and friendly over the phone and I was able to get an appointment the same week I called! The pricing was also very reasonable! They are also local and family owned company and I love love family owned company! Fred and Brandon arrived on time and they got the whole apartment (3 bedroom + living room + the staircase) done in about 1 hour ~ 1 hour and half. They were super nice and very friendly and very professional! Also they answered any of my questions promptly and was very thorough about the aftercare instructions! I would highly recommend them and I will be definitely calling them again whenever I need my carpets cleaned again!
