Taco Bell

I was just waiting in line for 45min. And I finally got to the speaker box and then someone came from the restaurant and said that they are running out of ingredients and won't have enough to make the food in time and it was a HOUR before closing. So after wait 45min. In line I get turned away a hour before close. It kinda defeats the purpose of a fast food restaurant dont you think.nI will be going back tomorrow and speaking to a different manager. The place is unprofessional and no one takes there job seriously at all the the graveyard shift. I saw an employee talking to someone at the back door that just pulled up. This store location is a joke.

Now. This location is super hit or miss. Only giving 4 stars bcuz it seems to be improving. management always makes it right with you if something is wrong. they really like to give me tomatoes when I ask them not to so I get the free Taco coupons or a slushie LOL which is fine and they're all so super courteous and all about those surveys they always want you to complete those for them. at night they turn off the lights when they are open just so they look closed and don't have to do any work hoping that customers won't notice they're open which is a kind of a trick of the trade I guess but it sucks when your customer are not a worker. Also the food at night is not as fresh ever..

They do the best they can with what they have. Still gonna eat there weekly ud83dude05

Good for the price but always out of something or they don't get your order right dont really like going there but since covid its the only thing thats open after I get off work. So no other choice if I wanna pick up something

This taco bell night shift is always pretending to be closed or saying they’re out of everything just so they dont have to work. They told me tonight they’re closed but are all outside in their cars together. If you’re closed why are you all out in your car hanging out? You’d be at home. Owner needs to fix this issue. Its happened to myself and others I know several times. I’ll be calling corporate because I’m over it.
