I am living here for almost 3 years, great place to live. The staff is nice and maintenance definitely is awesome, thank you Ashley, Maria and the two maintenance tech!!! Apt H

Hey!! My husband, child, and I are looking to move here soon. His grampy used to leave in a one bedroom here 2 years ago and it was amazing. Never did him wrong.nTime flies by and now we have applied here! All of the office staff we have spoken to so far are amazing and incredibly helpful. They have fast response times and even gave me an email to send messages back and forth. They are reviewing our application tomorrow to see if we qualify and I sure hope we do. I've been doing alot of research on different rentals in the area and this place seems to have it all at an amazing price! I couldn't be more excited. Plus it is right next to my husband's work. I will update as our process goes on including how amazing our apartment is going to look. So far immediate customer service is extraordinary.nnEdit 2/19/21-nToday we just signed our lease! Within 24 hours we had an answer about our application. I have met a few different people in the office and they've been so friendly and helpful. Fred especially has helped us so much. I can't wait to move in I am so excited. I will update in a bit once we're moved in officially!!

I am a current resident. The positives are maintenance is fast and great and they are updating things around the complex. The only serious issue I have is this is a non-smoking complex and there is ongoing smoking in my building. There is a non-smoking clause in our lease which they aren't following. This has been an issue for over a year and now it is affecting my health as I am allergic to it. When I am out of my apartment I have no problem breathing. I have presented them with two doctor's note and they have sent residents letters in my building which hasn't done any good. I have been told they can't check apartments because we are in a pandemic. Regardless of the pandemic the complex is responsible for upholding the lease and determining who is smoking. I have contacted the office numerous times in the last week alone with emails and phone calls and have had no response. I have been reporting this for 4 weeks and there is no resolution. or plan on how to resolve. Since this is a health violation in the lease it needs to be resolved.nUpdate : Management has responded by saying they will continue to send out letters to residents which isn't working. I did meet with them today and they can't figure out who it is and have been in some of the apartments and they don't smell the smoke. They said they will continue to search.

My dream apartment. So quiet and peaceful. Everyone is friendly. Right in the middle of my shopping and work.
