We have used Peterman a couple times for servicing our home. The first time we had a drain issue and they were out here for maybe 20 minutes. They told us that there was nothing they could do and still charged us to come out. We decided to give them a second chance and have them clean look at our furnace. My girlfriend spoke to someone on the phone and said it would be an 85$. Which was 100% fine. They came out and after he finishes the job he said it was probably going to be 105$ on top of the 85$ because it took him so long to clean it. HE WAITS UNTIL AFTER HE IS DONE TO TELL MY GIRLFRIEND THIS! If she had known this before hand she wouldn’t have had him complete the job and gone somewhere else. He finishes his invoice and tells her he gave us a “discount”. He charged us 137$ and didn’t fix anything. We normally don’t write bad reviews but if you are going to set a price for something you need to stick to that. Don’t wait until after the job is done to tell us that it’s going to be more than what was discussed. I’m sorry but we will never be using their services again and I will not recommend them to anyone. They are just after your money.

Chad has been out to our house twice now and always offers exceptional service. He explains everything in understandable ways, shows you issues you may be having and proves his work. Chad is very professional, but also makes you feel like having a friend in your home. The technicians are always pleasant, courteous, professional and respectful. They are knowledgeable and answer all my questions and have informative suggestions. The dispatch staff is just as pleasant and helpful. They have done an amazing job keeping me informed and work around my schedule. The company has been fabulous.nUPDATE: still fabulous. Whole team did great. From the gentleman that diagnosed my issues with both my 20 year old furnace and heat pump. He was knowledgeable, confident and more than willing to show and explain the issues to me. The sales guy that sold me the the new set was straight forward. Showed me multiple ways to get it paid for , on top of different options in the units themselves ,and was even going out of his way to get it installed the next day. The 2 installers that showed up, arrived on time, were clean , efficient, and more than respectful in my house. Everything is tight, straight, quiet, and what I like the most about their work is the writing on the tape is up right!! Also the lady that called to confirm had a pleasant voice. Good job Whole team !!!

friendly, courteous and very professional phone staff. answered all my questions and even offered me a deal to save money on my service call. the tech they sent out was Anthony who was professional and down to earth. he detailed ALL my issues and even showed my what he was talking about on a camera he had inserted into the unit. he then explained ALL my options and put together several different invoices so i had different options to pick from for repair and pricing. he was EXTREMELY thorough and helpful. i feel like he went above and beyond for me. would recommend this company AND its service technicians (especially Anthony) to any and all whom may need their services.
