Took my deposit money May 20th 2013 and never did any work. As of December 10th, 2013 after many months of dodging me, they finally sent me a refund. THE CHECK BOUNCED!!!! We are now in February 2014 and I still have not received any payment and work was never even started. I will be filing criminal and civil charges. If you take a chance with this company, DO NOT EVER GIVE ANY MONEY UP FRONT!!!!

If you remember the storm chasing, gypsy, con-artists on 20/20 in the late 90's and thought they were slimy, then you haven't seen 123 concepts. This company makes the other con-men look like saints. took more than 10 months of excuses for them to put on my roof and siding. The roof leaked from day one due to improper installation of shingles on a flat roof that was not in need of work. they then took down my gutters and left them down for another almost 10 months of dodging phone calls and excuses. Three months after the gutters were installed they fell off. I have been dealing with these thieves for six months trying to get the warranty work done and nothing has happened except for an additional $6,000 of structural and interior damage. I am finished trying to be nice and will be filing a claim in court as soon as my attorney gets back from the July 4th holiday.nnSTAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you like being robbed,

do not, i say DO NOT, hire this company do to ANYTHING to your house. its started with jason & ryan,..... good salesman..... after 6 months, nothing done... hear if a tim. who is tim? found out he is the other owner. what?? now there is a buy out. still... nothing done to my house. no clue who tim is... long long story short.. i just hope, with all the BS tim, jason & ryan feed me. thye can sleep at night. they have no morals. this company robed peter to pay paul. my paul never came. thanks guys. if you can except, live & sleep with what you have done to me & others too... more power to ya. hey tim.... what did you do with the 14,000 you got from my insurance company??? it didnt go onto my house bud. anyway. do not hire this company to do anything they say they will do.. maybe picking up dog poo. no, they couldnt do that right either cause they are dog poo...
