I live in Court Homes of Indian Oaks condo community managed by Always Home. Last year I reached out to Kevin McWilliams to discuss having damage to my unit repaired. He showed up with a contractor who assessed the damage and told Kevin the wall should be replaced. Before that work could commence, the ceiling cracked and began sagging, creating a safety issue. I found a company to remove it before it could fall, the association covered the cost for the removal. The contractor showed up, replaced the ceiling, but did not remove the damaged wall, they simply painted over the damage, making it more noticeable. I reached out to Kevin immediately to notify him of my dissatisfaction. Weeks later the ceiling began to crack. Again I reached out to Kevin who asked for photos of the cracks and wall, I promptly sent them. He said he would reach out to the contractor and set up a time for him to repair the work. Then he GHOSTED me. I reached out to the village who sent an inspector who agreed the job was done very poorly. Additionally the village found no permit for the work. NOW, I learn they will no longer manage our community! Good thing I keep good records because I may sue them for the cost of have my ceiling corrected. I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. BEWARE when dealing with this company because, its my opinion that they lack professionalism!

They managed a rental I was living in and any time there was an issue, they were very quick to respond. Due to a personal situation, I had to get out of my lease early.
