I was looking for a new nail shop, looked at the reviews and decided to give it a chance, mainly because they seem to want to help unhappy customers which is major a lot of places don't do that. Great customer service! Clean and sanitary stations. Pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended if looking for a new location to try, or something closer to home

I booked an appointment with Tracy for dipped and manicure. I have never been here before and it came recommended. So very disappointed. The lady who did my nails nicked my finger several times when she was getting my old dip off my nails. My finger hurts. Then my dip is all over the place and I had to pull my skin from under my nails apart from the nail because she didn’t separate it. Then she asked if I wanted lotion and I said is that part of the manicure where she responds that she didn’t know I wanted that and can’t do it! I have bubbles and not smooth finish! Horrible place!
