I was searching for Tap Bracket because the two Ace Hardware stores in Tinley were sold out. I called the Ace in Mokena and they put one at the checkout for me. As soon as I walked in , it felt like I was part of the neighbors. Everybody was engaging in conversation and the staff were helping people! This is the busiest Ace I have visited. Very personable and felt great to be in a welcoming store. Also, if you are putting up curtains, you really need to get the Tap Bracket. This is very easy and quick! No mess!
Very friendly staff and surprisingly knowledgeable about hardware for younger people. Would definitely recommend Whitmore and shop there again if I am in the area and the need arises.
I came in completely clueless for what I needed and I got great help from a sales associate! I am very pleased with the patient and helpful customer service I had gotten.
Good parking wide selection and super friendly employees. Ordered a snowblower had it the next day assembled and ready. Even helped load into my truck!
