This was hands down the WORST massage my husband and I ever had! The enhancements are a total waste of money. I would NOT recommend this Massage Envy to anyone. I’m very upset that my husband and I had to waste our Christmas gift on this massage. The massage was supposed to an hour and wasn’t even 45 minutes. When we complained we were given a voucher to pay $65 for our next massage instead of $115. I wouldn’t be willing to even pay $5 to go back here.

Very friendly staff, to be honest, I had to cancel appointments because my honey was sick. But they were very understanding. Nice company to deal with. Hopefully honey gets better and I can review their skills.

It honestly comes down to who is doing the service and what type of massage you are looking for. I have been a member for 2-3 years and had on and off massages. Unfortunately there is a ton of turn over there and the better therapist are busy as they are better. What you really need to be aware of is their membership program by design it gives you a lower rate but you can't seem to get out of it with out some sort of loss. They owe me a 90min session that I have paid for but because my credit card on file needs to be updated they will not let me use my paid session. After my last session I explained that I wanted to cancel due to not having the time and was told it would be fine. Seems simple right we I had 30min of prepaid time left so they said they would have to bill me a additional 60 min because of my membership. I was understanding and said that would be fine. Now I have a 90min prepaid session they wont let me use unless I give them my new credit card info. This makes no sense as I cancelled after my last visit. The real shame at this point is that they lost a good customer and a generous tipper.

OMGosh ... I have NEVER had a facial before. Thank You Alyssa Q for putting in the work on finding ALL GLUTEN FREE Products for My AMAZING facial! I will absolutely be back to see you! PS: I asked 4 other massage envy’s if they could come up with a gluten free facial and No One Ever Got Back to Me ... so You Are My Girl!!!
