Although friendly and took us in quickly without an appointment, the product you get is not worth the price. My daughter and I both went for basic pedicures, although they asked us several times to upgrade. Maybe it would have been a better job if we had spent more. A scrub used to be included with their basic price but now is extra. It says there is a 10 minute massage with the basic; it was barely 5 minutes. The exfoliating done that was included was so brief. It hardly seems like anything was done. My heels are still rough and the calloused areas are no better. The manager had to redo the polish on some of my daughters toes before we left. I expressed some of my disappointment with the service to the manager when she asked if we had questions. Her offer was to go get the girl - for what? So I could tell her how displeased I was? No offer was made for a discount either on the service provided or future service. My daughter had wanted to go to another nail place. I should have listened. This experience was a big waste of money. They seemed to be more interested in volume or upgrades than the service provided

Very clean! They were very accommodating. I did not have an appointment and I was lucky enough they were able to take me right away. I would definitely go back. But this time I would have an appointment. I want to make sure I get the same person.
Very impressed with safety procedures they are taking. Great job! Service and staff were awesome.
I’m my not happy with the rush service. My husband went last week and was in and out doe a male manicure in 20 minutes. Being the man he is he complained to me how rush of a service he received. Low and behold I receive the same treatment today. Not a great experience at all. After a 15 minute full pedicure my Nails polish is absolutely rushed and horrible.
