My stepmom went to get her eyebrows tweezed and only tweezed because of the new meds she’s on that could cause a reaction with wax. she called ahead and everything to make sure they did only tweezing. when she got there they INSISTED on using wax and the next day she had the most swollen face and eyes i’ve ever seen. she can barely see and is now on strong steroids because this place insisted on using wax instead of just tweezing like she asked in the first place.
Fantastic beauty place, never disappointed. all the women are super nice. kinda chilly in there. super great products and the bathroom is super clean.
I had been there twice ( because they messed up my eyebrows the first time) I do not recommend this place they hire girls that are way too young and do not know what they're doing. Waisted my money and now my eyebrows are messed up and I have too fill them in every day. The reason I went there so I didn't have to do them every day. It seems like the owner doesn't care because I called her 3 days ago and still haven't received a phone call back.
I love Deanna! She's been doing my brows for about 2 yrs now and they're always amazing! The entire staff is so friendly and you feel like you're with family. I haven't had a chance to try the new SoulSpa yet, but have walked through it. It looks absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. I can't wait to give it a try!
