Great group of ladies, most if my family are satisfied customers...the others shop somewhere else...lol
I asked for a perm. Large curls. what i got included no curls at all. I could have achieved the same result had I bought a crimper and did it myself. I had curls when I left as the hairdresser put curls in my hair with a curling iron which should have been a red flag immediately. there are no longer any. and when leaving, she offered to fix any issue free of charge. that also, should have been a red flag. I have had many, many perms in my life and none of them every looked like this or required a curling iron. no wonder I only paid $50 for a perm. in the past, they have been a minimum of $80 to $100. Very unhappy with the result and I will more than likely not go back.
My hair dresser is a wonderful person.nShe ALWAYS puts a smile on my face and makes me feel special!
