Friend moved in today and apartment seems nice. The kitchen area has a surprising amount of cabinets and counters. Think it's going to be great when all is done.

Townhome design is nice, with central air and nice laundry facility. Value is good for what you get.

Have been renting here for 2 years. They need a bit of updating in the kitchen and bathroom but are always prompt if I need something fixed or looked at. Very nice to rent from and haven't had any issues with noise or neighbors.

Tries to be something way more than what they are. Not to mention, noone really knows what they're talking about. I mean, how do you not know what apartments are available???
