I’ve heard so much about Adam Merrick real estate since we came to the area back in 2014. We finally found a new house that we LOVE, and Dylan helped us get into the house...really worked FOR US.nnWhen we final had everything confirmed we wanted to use Adam Merrick to sell our current house. William with their selling team came out, gave us some pointers on what would help move the house. We knocked out those recommended updates, and put the house on the market. Their professional photographer was amazing, they really made the house look like a million bucks!! We put the house on a market, had 9 showings, and three offers by the end of the day! The final offer we received was above the asking price. We are so excited about getting into our new house.nnWe highly recommend using Dylan (buying) and William (selling) at Adam Merrick real estate when considering selling or buying a house (or both like we did)!! Thank you guys for being team members for us.

We our first time buyers and had Michelle Tribe as our realtor. We could not have gotten luckier with a realtor. Michelle walked us through the entire process of home buying and made sure that we were comfortable each step of the way. She also fought to make sure we were getting what we deserved out of the deal and that it was fair on both sides. We would recommend her to anyone in the Peoria area that needs help buying a home!

I cannot say enough about Adam Merrick Real Estate and Devin Conway particularly. We have purchased several homes over the years and in this seller’s market it is critical to have an agent that is not trying to get you to bid high on the first thing available. Devin is so responsive and professional. She listens to your needs, wants and dreams and works so hard to find you that place that feels like home. She seemed genuinely excited when we found our place. But Devin doesn’t stop there, she and the team help to make the ride smooth to the closing table. Highly recommend!

What can I say? I had an INCREDIBLE experience with the Adam Merrick team. My realtor was Devin Conway. This woman is truly a master of her craft. I was a first time home buyer and she turned this daunting experience into a cakewalk for me. She explained the entire buying process in great detail and gladly answered any and all questions I had. It didn’t matter when I would contact her, she would answer immediately. I NEVER felt ignored. She’s simply the best. Not to mention, she got me a hell of a deal on my first house that I’m absolutely in LOVE with. I was truly blessed to have Devin on my side. There will be no hesitation with whom I choose to help me purchase my next home.
