Went their yesterday. The place was busier than could be and I was amazed. Even though there was a flood of orders they still worked like a perfectly oiled machine. They were always polite and courteous and just as professional as one could be. Now let us visit the food. This was the first time I have ordered from Jersey Mikes and it will not be the last. Seriously great sandwich. Though I fear one thing, if the others are as good as their Grilled Portabella mushroom and swiss. It's going to take forever figuring out which one I want on any given day. (Can't afford to simply order the menu and be done with it. Looking forward to trying all of the menu and many more wonderful visits. If you have not gone here you owe it to yourself to get a sub here.

I’ve eaten at this Jersey Mike’s several times in the past and it’s always been good. Today was a very different experience! While making my sandwich I watched a fly craw all over my sandwich. My wife paid already, got drinks and chips. They then said there was no ice. I told them about the fly so they refunded my sandwich. Not the chips and drink though. All though we’re not gonna drink our drinks with no ice. Very terrible experience! I hope things get better there!

Ordered 2 sandwiches via online. Chipotle chicken and a turkey. Picked up our order, got home and the chicken was a philly steak instead. That was the first problem. My wife started eating her turkey sandwich, half way in she notices a dead fly stuck in the bread towards the end of the loaf on the bottom side. Disgusting. We have always enjoyed Jersey Mike’s but that ruined it for us and we won’t be eating there again.
