Waitress was nice. Food...the reason you go ...was nasty. Waitress asked if I wanted my burger with a little pink showing..a lot or well done. What a mistake. I said a little. Very little. Thinking I would get a good juicy burger. Nope I got raw hamburger meat with a seared crust. But was covered in grease. Yuck. The bun looked good but had not been toasted well. It was doughy. The caramelized bacon was weird. The plate came out with half a piece laying next to burger. Picked it up ate it. Yum. Burger though sadly had regular bacon on it. A bait and switch by a lazy kitchen staff? Coke tasted old. Low carbonization. The only good thing was the onion rings. No complaints. 22.00 price for a burger coke and onion rings. I don't why but i want to throw up..is it the price or the gross sandwich. Either way I left wanting to throw up. 11-10-18 10pm.

Best burger I've had in a while, even with messing up my food. They came and fixed it in under 5 minutes with excellent guest services and a friendly staff.

We came in for dinner on a Sunday. Took about 10 minutes before our server came over to get our drinks. We ordered food at the same time we ordered drinks. Got our appetizer but no plates, napkins or silverware. Waited another 5-10 mins for our server to come back so we could ask for some. Burgers came out cold and one was supposed to have sweet potato fries but came with steak fries. When she came back and we told her, she put in the order for sweet potato fries, which came out undercooked and absolutely soaked with grease. Asked for a refill and salt, both of which were forgotten. The couple of other tables there looked equally unhappy and also had apps with no plates, silverware or napkins. Overall very poor experience.

The food was really good. They had a lot of interesting things on the walls and ceiling. The waitress was super kool and nice. Would go there again to eat!!

This was probably the best experience I've had at a fast food restaurant in a long time. The staff was super attentive and everyone helped each other. It was a bonus that we had staff with the same names as my kiddos and they absolutely had a blast making friends. We will definitely be back ud83dude01
