I spent 5 hours getting a perm and it didn't take. I understand its a school.so I was nice about it until I called and talked to the owner Sandy. Extremely rude and basically blamed me for it not taking. It was wrote on my card that it didnt take and I would probably have to come back. Long story short Sandy was supposed to send me a credit to come back but never sent it and no intentions of doing so. I did say I was going.to gift it to my Mom but changed my mind and was going to sit through it again because I cant afford to pay for another one. She out right told me to go somewhere else. So rude and extremely unprofessional. I wasted my entire day and $100 on perm and products to care for a perm I never got. Lesson learned, I recommend going to a professional. If shes like this to customers I cant imagine how she is qith students. Dont do it
Phoebe and Kaylee were wonderful and did an awesome job on my daughter's hair as well as my own
I still have memories of going here as a kid. Still today as an adult they're very kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

i was there last thursday...bre anna cut my hair and she did an amazing job...did exaclty what i wanted...she will def make it in the haircutting business
