The lady in there just gave me the rudest attitude for no reason, I tried to explain that I understood she didn't realize I booked an appointment online, and it was no big deal to me, I was nice and going to leave but she just kept going. I tried to understand that she was maybe in a bad mood or has had a bad day but that gives her no reason to talk or act like that with someone who was trying to be a customer, while she had a client in the chair basically screwing up their hair to.
I’d give none if it was possible. I just stood there for 5 minutes looking to schedule a cut and color and to purchase some products and was never once acknowledged. I stood feet from the stylist and nothing.
Dee is my girl she hooked my hair up and made me happy made me feel like a woman again and these hard times I recommend going in there and letting her take care of you she will do anything it takes to make sure you're satisfied at the end of the visit and she will do anything to make sure they look that she gives you is the look that you can be proud of
Very good stylist. She can work on all hair textures .
Rachel is fantastic! She is very meticulous and cares about doing a great job; not just pushing clients through. I'm in about every 2 weeks to maintain a short cut.
