Wait time isn't usually long even if you don't check in online but in order to save time I would still recommend checking in online if possible. Staff is quick at getting guests checked in. They are also great at listening to guests and accommodating needs.

Very busy, but still was very polite and nice. I think the girl that cut my hair was named ,Jessie, she was super nice.

I decided to use the online check in. Will have to see how it works when shop is busy. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.
