We have lived at Lisa lakes for 6 months and truly enjoy living here. The grounds are well kept and well lit at night making for a secure feeling. Management is very eeprofessional and quick to react to any problems or complaints. The neighbors in our building have actually become pretty good friends and feel comfortable enjoying time together. We feel very secure here being our location is kind of isolated on the edge of town. My wife is disabled so we are in a handicap apartment with designated parking just outside our door. Also they modified the bathtub to accommodate getting into the shower safely by cutting out a section of the tub wall and putting in a step through. So, I have nothing but good things to say about Lida Lake Estates.

the staff is unhelpful, passive aggressive, and hard to get a hold of. The walls are thin, the windows are drafty, the grounds are a mess, the drains are slow/clog easily, the lease is a joke- there are SO many traps/additional payments you have to make before you escape, oh- and did I mention there's a winter clause? You cannot leave between December and March. Think twice before considering Lida Lakes.
