Since lobby closed the drive thru is SLOW, order in app, takes 15+ mins after they tell u to pull up. For a 5$ box... Drive through shape is wonky but doable.
It doesn't have the option of no stars. I had a large order. 3 out of 4 cheese cups to my nachos were half filled.nThe crunchy tacos were soggy and stale. The chalupa had almost no chicken just the sauce.nTotally disappointed. First and last experience here.
Took money for a mobile order, went there to pickup and they were closed. They've been closed since. Still haven't had money refunded. Turns out it's due to a COVID outbreak. Shouldn't have taken the order if the store was closed. Now I'm out $15.
I went back after missing 2 items that I ordered. Got back home and realized they had messed up 3 other things in the order I didn’t notice at first.
