I thought I’d try this place for the time and I absolutely regret it. The guy was very rough with my nails and got acrylic powder on my cuticles and didn’t clean it off. My nails are crooked and bumpy and too thin. He cut me when he filed my nails and took most of the acrylic powder off my nails. It’s just absolutely horrible the only thing I like is the nail polish . And I’m pretty sure he over charged me and gave himself a tip which was not earned.
I went in today for the first time to get a fill and a pedicure. When I walked in the woman seated me, I explained I wanted a fill with pink and white ombré. which I already had on my nails when I walked in. she started and then told me to wait because she had to do a manicure. (Understandable with only 2 people working) when she came back she didn’t ask if I wanted them trimmed or anything and barely even shaved down the top of my previous nails. I felt i was being rushed and when she filled them in she only used the pink and didn’t touch up the white at all. She sliced open my pinky and ring finger with only a nail filer, which drew blood while I was sitting there. When she finished I explained you can clearly see where the old nail was and they were not filled properly. Instead of trying to fix it she suggested I try color instead because they “do it differently”. My toes look good but I would not recommend for a full set or fill in.
Great price for eyebrow waxing and my eyebrows looked great!
I love this place just recently moved by El Sol. I have been going to the family Duo 411 years. Always happy when I walk out
