July 2018,nMimi showed us houses for months. Our wish list included a basement, oversized garage, and another very limiting feature. Only 20% of homes in the community we wanted had basements.nOne day a listing came up that fit, but the pictures were not helpful. The place had been vacant, was overgrown, and priced to reflect it. Her Majesty (My wife) was on grandson duty in Madison, and we couldn’t get there that day. Mimi went to the house, took better pictures, and called with a description. It was a surprise because we hadn’t asked. One offer had been made, but she was able to get us in the next morning. Our offer was accepted, and we closed on a perfect fit home that appraised over purchase price. We would have missed it over a bit of pruning.nMimi is Pleasant, Helpful, Available, and Responsive. Karen Czarny both sold my home and helped me find a new one. It was really a great experience getting to work with her and she made the process very easy. I was looking for a 4 bedroom house with a finished basement and pool all for my strict budget. Not only did she find me the perfect house, she found many that would have worked. She is a very sweet woman and if you are looking for a real estate agent I would definitely recommend!
