Socorro made this whole process so easy. From being available whenever we had a question to being honest about how the house appeared. When we found the house we knew was our home she worked incredibly hard to get the offer accepted and move the process along. We knew nothing about the buying process and after speaking with her in the first meeting we felt so comfortable and excited about the purchase of our first home. Socorro is an all around wonderful person and I am so thankful we decided to go with her for our first home purchase. She went above and beyond what we expected! I would recommend anyone to her for their home buying or selling needs.

Socorro Sanchez is the best! She helped us buy our first home and kept the process exciting and informative from start to finish. As first time home buyers we were pretty nervous and didn’t know what to expect. But Socorro really made the process much easier! She knows her stuff! This is a crazy market, and Socorro had so much patience with us finding our forever home. I loved that she gave us her input with each home we saw rather then just sell us anything. I highly recommend her she’s the best!

I don’t think that I could say enough great things about Socorro and the experience we had with her! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was on top of everything we needed. We were first time sellers and she exemplified everything we needed in an agent! The sale went so smoothly and we quickly closed on our dream home!
