Ive never had a bad time at Red Robins. I have really been enjoying and wanting to go more often. The food is great and they have alot in drink choices.

So we walk in and we wanted a table away from the kitchen and they open up a closed table near the kitchen and bathroom. We notice 4 large empty booths and we ask if they can open those for us. They agree but the tables were dirty so I cleaned it myself but had to throw the soiled napkin on the ground near our table because it was pretty dirty and I did not want to place it on the table I just cleaned. So the server comes and asks what we want to drink and I ask her for a few fresh napkins as well and I explained what had happened. She became irate (instead of apologetic) and said, “Now I have to clean up your mess!” Then she stalked off. My daughter and I were stunned. Needless to say, we walked out at that point and have decided never to return. We have been going to this Red Robin since my daughter was 2 years old (she is 13 now). The management, servers and cleanliness have gone downhill the last 5 years. Sad really.

AMAZING curb side takeaway. Visited 2 times between December 2020 and Jan 2021 when dine in service was not an option. I ordered online both times and had quite a few customizations and extras added on the order which i fully expected some to be messed up or missing.nnTo my delight the crew at the Red Robin in Algonquin KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK. Everything was 100% correct, cooked perfectly, and all the added condiments and every extra was added as requested.nnHats off to the cooks, crew, and management at this location for taking their service up a notch when other restaurants seem to be struggling by the increased amount of To-Go orders during this time.

To be honest service was great! Burger was not good. I ordered the Black&Blue they either used liquid cheese/blue cheese dressing or microwaved it before serving because it was running off the bun. Not what we are used to here....

Definitely better than Chillis but not as good as Applebee's. You came here because you wanted to either pig out on all you can eat fries, get a decent sandwich, or some other reason. I like this place. Their chicken sandwiches are not terrible. Definitely better than Wendy's. Service was nothing to die for but out waitress was cool. I have nothing bad to say. So just chill and get what you want. But man them fries? They're not bad. Especially sense they're all you can eat for a dollar.
