They have eliminated the Taco salads and the Mexican pizzas, which were my favorite items. Used to like the tacos, but they aren't even good anymore. Push the power bowls instead, NOT EVEN CLOSE to being the same as a Taco salad! I won't be frequenting Taco Bell anymore!
I am so happy with our service tonight. I really appreciate the newer staff. I have a big family with teenagers. Jr. Was the young mans name taking our order and he was patient laughed with us and was extremely polite. He is a great example of having a good work ethic and being personable. We will definitely be back ... thank you again!
Been there about ten times, twice my order was wrong, had to pull up and wait, always check your bag, once half my twelve pack had no cheese, didn't know til I got home, last time my Mexican pizza was given to me standing on end in the bag. Never ordered additions or deletions, just regular menu items and have never been there when it was busy. Six out of ten times my order was correct, even though a couple times I had to ask two or three times for hot sauce.
They messed up my order forgot some tacos. The GM called me and is making it right. I understand people make mistakes. It happeneds. But it's nice to see that they make an effort. Will be back.
Is there a fire sauce shortage??? Any reason why me and 5 other friends asked for 20 fire sauces through door dash and only got 5? Do you need to take off your shoes and socks to count that high??
