Returned today and the Potato Cakes were COLD!!! The order taker did not pay attention to our order and I had to correct him at the window.

The dining room is closed right now (11/24/2020) and service is only through drive through. The attendant was able to take multiple orders for us. Service was really good. I can honestly say that they set the standard in my mind. Quick, attentive, helpful, and correct orders given. Thanks!

I have always gone to this Arby's in Lake in the hills. Always excellent service only once did we ever have an issue in the 15 years we've lived here in the manager was very helpful and compensated for the issue.today went there and ordered our food spent $22 our food was not hacked the french fries were cold and stale tasting. I caught the store and the manager was not friendly and told me there's no way the fries are made fresh daily. I went to call corporate and I needed a store number which I did not have is I did not get a receipt. I then called back and asked for a store number he told me it's on the receipt and I informed and I did not get one and then asked for the store number and his name he told me I just spoke to you and there's nothing I can do and slam the phone down without giving me a name or number. I think this is very unprofessional for a manager as I am a manager in the restaurant I work and would never talk to a customer or treat them that way it is very disrespectful and shows he does not care about his customers this store has just lost my business I will not give them any more of my money.

These guys made my bacon extra crispy by request! That's beyond customer service. If you were a company of integrity that cared about its ratings, you'd give these two gentlemen a raise, and a good one too!
