All still true and then some since first year anniversary. Change in hours to opening at 8AM. Location convenient to morning, lunch and local travels. Neither frozen or deep fried the menu is healthy and custom to your own taste. UPDATE Sunflower seed bread toasted changes for the better all the ingredients in Subway. This an instance were the cover makes the content.

Sweetest staff and so clean! Is the nicest subway I've ever been to. The bread always seems to be fresh along with the ingredients. I'd give more stars if I could.

Aweful!nThis is the second time we have gone to this Subway & had a terrible experience.nThe first time, fly after fly was landing on the food behind the counter. Then last night, my husband picked up a sandwich on his way home for dinner. By midnight he was hugging a toilet with food poisoning (thank goodness the kids and I opt'd to pass.)nDO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY on 1024 McHenry Ave. Crystal Lake! We considered the first time a gross isolated incident, but after the food poisoning it is clear this place is totally unsanitary.

This subway Not only has the best Subs in Crystal lake, but also has the nicest staff. The kind of staff that remember who you are when you walk back in. These guys and Gals are true sandwich artists

Good quality meat. Also the Employee's try hard to clean the tables also they are not cheap they will put more meat on your subs than other subways..... go here :)
