I have used this car wash for a few years. I have always been fine with the service, however another car wash opened across the street and is SIGNIFICANTLY better. Not only did I change car washes, I spoke with an employee to take my card off of automatic charges. It keeps getting charged and I have left messages with no returned phone call! I would NOT recommend this company AT ALL!!!

The carwash itself was ok. The vacuums were horrible. Half were not running. The one we used barely had any suction to it making it take more effort to just do a cursory job at best. Also, since the vacuums have a thoroughfare for the shopping plaza running between them and the carwash itself makes backing out of the space dangerous. I'm not going back there.

Truly the best car wash for the money in the area. Their mini detail for around 18 bucks is incredible. Just make sure you go at an off time as the wait time can get a little bit long when they’re busy. Been going here for almost 10 years.

Need to maintain their facilities better. For too long now, half of the vacuums don't work, garbage cans are full or over filled. I've been going to this facility since the day it was built (I live within 2 miles of it) and the past couple years ownership has neglected it. I would imagine that the Jiffy Lube (attached) has suffered a drop off in business as well. I'm most likely to cancel my monthly unlimited membership and go across the street to their competitors.

Manager is on a power trip. My cars rims were scratched. They were perfect the day before! Was told that happened previous to coming in. Was shocked! Couldn’t believe it! I would never EVER GO BACK! They never tried to fix them. They were rude and inconsiderate! I’ll be bringing my car back to fast eddies where their work is impeccable, FRIENDLY, and a good value.
