I am not expert, but if you see the pictures will see that the tips are not applied properly, we wanted almond shape and if you see there are not even close, they were also uneven. We showed them a picture of what design of flower we want and see the result of the picture ( the good one is what we wanted). Very poor job, don' t waste your moneyud83dude1e
Vy is very nice and did a very good job on my nails. I just moved to Crystal Lake and still trying out nails salons. I will get a pedicure next to see how good that is but my nails she did an excellent job.

I have been going to this salon for over 1 year. The owner and her mom are the sweetest. It does take longer than usual but it is because she actually cares about what she is doing. So if you are looking for a shop that is just trying to get you in and out without any attention to detail and just cares about making the money this is not for you. My nails last well over 2 weeks every time. Will not go anywhere else.
The ladies who work there are very sweet. However, I should have left when I got there due to the general lack of cleanliness. My pedicure did not look professional. The cuticles were not cleaned up or pushed back and it was a very sloppy job. Just a fair warning.
