I like Dr. Miller a lot however the staff there gives you little to no information until it’s too late... billing office is Terrible!!!nnBefore I left my appointment I asked if I owed anything and they said that they would let me know once they build my insurance… OK fine.nnI never received a statement or a phone call after my July appointment to let me know I owe anything. Now three months later than I need a refill they are telling me that I am basically refusing to pay them and I have an outstanding balance. Definitely review this office and take what people are saying seriously not just on Google but other forms of the Internet. As I stated Dr. Miller is awesome but you definitely need to follow up with the staff like they’re your children to make sure you get the info you need.

Love the doctors here but the office staff is terrible. Ive had numerous problems with billing in the past and the worst was they made me switch drs. During my fifth pregnacy even though I had been there almost 10 years and they cared for me for 4 pregnancies. My usual dr was in network but the other 2 weren't and they refused to do anything to process me as in network. I made countless call to the office and they basically just complained about me. They never offerred to call insurance or do anything to help me except relay drs names back and forth with the nurse for hours. Terrible experience.

Tried to make an appointment but because I have insurance under my dad (I’m under 26) and also state insurance, they won’t see me. Do not recommend, they will find any reason to deny even if you are properly insured.
