I tried five star nails for the first time on 12/16/20, we had scheduled an apt. We were created by everyone there. Apt for my daughter and I was flawless. We have tried at least 15 different places in the last year or so. The is is the final stop! Love this place! The owner worked on my nails and I swear to you they look like they are “real nails.” So not look fake! A thousand thank yous! My daughter also said the woman that painted her nails was very gently and didn’t hurt her! Awesome!

Ann and Vin were my technicians for a pedicure and manicure, respectively.nI was so pleased with the level of kindness and professionalism, as well as the service.nAnn was so sweet and friendly and I had a blast chatting with Vin.nWould absolutely recommend and I will be a customer for life!

I moved here 5 months ago and have been in search of a new nail salon to visit regularly. I made an appointment same day and they had availability. I booked a no chip mani and the service was fine. When it came to paying for my nails, it was a total of $33 and I provided the nail technician $50, which would then leave me with $17 total back. She only gave me 12$ back and offered herself a tip of $5.00. I gave her a tip of $4.00. I was in a rush and with my daughter so I did not catch that she had not given me back the correct $17.00 amount. until I was placing my daughter in the carseat. At that point, I did not feel like going back and arguing with her on what she gave me back, etc. I feel like that was completely unprofessional and perhaps her boss should speak to her about this. I don't feel like it is right to just take a tip yourself. I feel bad because nail salons right now are so slow due to COVID and I will not be returning and being a frequent customer. I got my nails done on 1-11 and it is now 1-22 and my no chip is lifting and chipping. The last no chip manicure I got was at Mario Tricoci for $50 and lasted me a month. Not only that, but when I paid for my no chip mani at Mario Tricoci the technician didn't steal my money.

Great service! Some places rush through their work. Not here. I felt cared for and relaxed. Even though walk-ins are OK, I would call ahead because they obviously have to keep their numbers down.
