Laundry tubs would drain very slowly from washing machine discharge. Could only wash one load a day. Also bathroom sink and tub were slow to drain. On 10-14-20 they arrived and assured me all was good. Tub drains fine, bathroom sink still backs up water in bowl, but it does drain a little faster than before. On 10-16-20 I went to laundry room to begin laundry. To my dismay. Right tub drained great. Left tub would very slowly drain. I left a message at their office, and have not been called back to get a solution to this problem.

I like Workman as nd Son's because I can trust them. Had an issue on New Year's Eve and they came . We were the last call of the day. They worked a couple hours. Fixed the problem. Maybe was in a bit of a hurry sealing the commode back. But called them back . They came back fixed it at no labor charge. Plus fixed a couple of other issues not related, and I was very satisfied! Good work!

They show up in an old Ambulance, that they left running and leaking a lot of oil on my driveway, for the two hours they were here mostly scratching their heads. The more senior plumber kept looking at his phone and messaging his wife, and then talk to me and the other plumber about the conversation. They had great difficulty understanding the task of venting a water heater, mainly because they wanted to talk more than listen. After their coworker bid the job, they didn’t bring any vent pipe or items required to actually do the job. The short of it, after $250, they didn’t finish the job and I had to hire another plumber. Oh, when I mentioned a tankless water heater, they quickly spoke out of ignorance and said “You’re not gonna like those; nothing but trouble.” I responded with, I’ve had one for 12 years in another house; best thing I’ve ever bought.
